Vision in Primary Care (ViPC) is an expert in the field of primary, secondary, community and OOH electronic patient data. With offices in Cardiff and London, it has been facilitating improvements in NHS data quality quality since 2004.

As April 2013 approaches, ViPC’s facilitators are increasingly being called upon to help individual General Practices, pro-active CCGs and Trusts design simple and effective commissioning pathways and tackle outstanding data quality issues.

ViPC facilitators understand both the technical and practical workings of all main GP Clinical Systems (Vision, EMIS, SystmOne, iSOFT and Adastra for OOH), PAS / CPAS and the workings of SUSS. Our practical understanding of what the systems can and cannot do is, our customers tell us, our key strength. Also having worked in the industry for several years the expression “if we don’t know the answer, we know someone who does” also applies!

ViPC has been pleased to support the following agencies on data quality projects: National Leadership and Innovation Agency for Healthcare (NLIAH); Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust and Public Health Wales.
